Shipping Policy

Every Curated Threads Outdoors order ships free within the United States. Orders are placed, produced, and fulfilled through our Etsy shop under the terms below. Questions about a specific order are best sent through Etsy messaging so it stays with the order.
Free US shipping on every order
Shipping is free to the 50 US states, no minimum. There is no expedited shipping option today, so please plan gift orders accordingly and check the estimated delivery date shown at checkout on Etsy.
Production time
Every apparel item, mug, tumbler, and glass is made to order after you check out. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days. Larger orders and personalized items may take a day or two longer, and we'll note it in the listing if that applies.
Transit time
After production, most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days in the United States. Delivery times can be longer during peak seasons (November through late December, and around major holidays). Etsy shows a delivery estimate at checkout that is specific to your zip code, and that estimate is the most accurate one to plan around.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. As soon as your item ships, Etsy sends the tracking number to the email on your Etsy account, and you can also find it in your Etsy order history under You → Purchases and reviews.
Multiple items in one order
Different products may be produced at different partner facilities. When that happens, they can ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number, and every one still ships free.
Where we ship
Free shipping applies to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If that changes, we'll update this page.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your package tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days after it shipped, or if it arrives damaged, message us on Etsy with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund. See our Returns and Exchanges page for the full defect and damage policy.
Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address on an order, message us as soon as possible. We can usually update it while the order is still in production. Once an order ships, the address can't be changed.
