2. About This Site

The Site is an informational storefront for products designed by Curated Threads LLC. The Site does not process orders, payments, or shipments directly. Every "Shop on Etsy" link takes you to our shop on Etsy, where checkout, payment, and order fulfillment happen under Etsy's own terms.

3. Purchases and Etsy

All purchases are governed by Etsy's Terms of Use in addition to any product listing terms shown on the corresponding Etsy listing. Pricing, availability, tax, and shipping shown on the Site are drawn from our Etsy listings and may change without notice. The current price on the Etsy listing at the time of checkout is authoritative.

4. Product Information and Accuracy

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability on the Site accurate and up to date. Colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to display and lighting differences. If a listing on the Site does not match the corresponding Etsy listing, the Etsy listing governs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, and the Curated Threads Outdoors brand, is owned by Curated Threads LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to individual Site pages for personal, non-commercial use.
